Refund Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2026

This policy applies to the ₹990 visit booking amount paid on bookvisit.openhouse.in to Avano Technologies Private Limited ("Openhouse").

1. What the booking amount is

The ₹990 is a refundable booking amount for a guided round of 4 to 6 property visits arranged by Openhouse. It is not a brokerage fee. If you buy a home through Openhouse, the booking amount is adjusted against our standard fee.

2. Visit guarantee

If Openhouse cannot arrange at least 4 visits matching the budget, configuration and areas you selected, we will inform you and refund the full ₹990 before any visit takes place.

3. Refund guarantee

If you complete your visit round and do not wish to proceed with any of the flats shown, you may request a full refund by replying REFUND on WhatsApp to +91 80654 53090, or by emailing info@openhouse.in. No form or explanation is required. Requests can be made any time within 30 days of your visit round.

4. Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours of your request to the same payment method used for the booking. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

5. Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged more than once for the same booking, or if a payment is deducted but the booking does not confirm, contact us with your payment reference and we will refund the excess or failed amount in full.
